You may not assign any part of this Agreement without our prior written consent.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3282\" data-end=\"3596\"><p data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3596\"><strong data-start=\"3286\" data-end=\"3309\">Anti-Bribery Policy<\/strong><br data-start=\"3309\" data-end=\"3312\" \/>Offering undue benefits (e.g., cash, gifts, travel, services) to <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\" data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"296\">Nurolyn<\/span> employees or consultants that exceed normal business practices may be considered commercial bribery. We reserve the right to terminate all relationships with you and pursue compensation and damages in such cases.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3598\" data-end=\"3744\"><p data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3744\"><strong data-start=\"3602\" data-end=\"3629\">Product Risk Disclosure<\/strong><br data-start=\"3629\" data-end=\"3632\" \/>Before placing an order, you are responsible for reviewing product details and assessing the following risks:<\/p><\/li><\/ol><ul data-start=\"3749\" data-end=\"4227\"><li data-start=\"3749\" data-end=\"3918\"><p data-start=\"3751\" data-end=\"3918\"><em data-start=\"3751\" data-end=\"3756\">(a)<\/em>\u00a0Product standards (e.g., safety, labeling, environmental compliance) may differ from those of your country. In such cases, your assigned <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\" data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"296\">Nurolyn<\/span> agent will communicate delays and assist with refunds or alternative solutions upon mutual agreement.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><h2 class=\"e-n-accordion-item-title-text\"><strong><span style=\"font-weight: 600;\" data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"296\">Nurolyn<\/span> Account<\/strong><\/h2><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b643921 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"e-n-accordion-item-4972\" data-id=\"b643921\" data-element_type=\"container\"><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-307b5f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"307b5f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><ol data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"3744\"><li data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"728\"><ol data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"3658\"><li data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"515\"><p data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"515\"><strong data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"316\">Eligibility<\/strong><br data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"319\" \/>By registering or using <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\" data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"296\">Nurolyn<\/span> services, you confirm that you possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the applicable laws of your country or the United Kingdom, whichever applies.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"517\" data-end=\"901\"><p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"901\"><strong data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"541\">Account Ownership<\/strong><br data-start=\"541\" data-end=\"544\" \/>Upon successful registration, an <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\" data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"296\">Nurolyn<\/span> account will be created for you. The account remains the property of <span style=\"font-weight: 600;\" data-start=\"272\" data-end=\"296\">Nurolyn<\/span>. You are granted a non-transferable right to use the account for the duration of your agreement with us.
